Highlands Diversified Services, Inc. is committed to providing our customers with quality products. Therefore, it is our goal to remain compliant with the guidelines of ISO/TS 16949:2009. Through this plan we will ensure that any and all customer's requirements are maintained. The utilization of Advanced Product Quality Planning assures on-time program/project launches.
Quality Control Plan: The control plan covers all stages of manufacturing process: receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and dock audit. The control plan includes monitoring of special characteristics, sampling plans, evaluation methods, and reaction plans. The control plans are developed using the APQP guidelines.
FMEA: Analyzes each step of the manufacturing process and assess potential risks of current methods and assign corrective actions to improve methods and minimize RPN. FMEAs are developed using FMEA manual published AIAG.
Flowchart: Documents each step of the manufacturing process which correlates to the control plan.
Dimensional Analysis: Provides 100-percent layout of any given part to the customer print.
Capability Analysis: Short- and long-term capability studies are performed on key characteristics on any given part using MSA guidelines.
Gage R & R: Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility reports are performed at start-up of program to assure a gage meets established specifications and is capable of verifying an acceptable product.

HDS is an ISO/TS 16949:2009 (PDF - 60KB) company with an emphasis on manufacture of electro-mechanical assemblies, metal stampings, welded assemblies, and application of powder coatings.
